with the book V.I.R.G.I.N. It instructs one on how to work through a passage of scripture
progressively that allows you to glean multiple insights and experience its transformative power.
It is designed to help one establish a habit of seeking God, studying scripture and applying
scripture to your daily life for maximum impact. This journal is my answer to the question I get
asked the most “how do you do it (live an abstinent lifestyle)?” This is my method of becoming
“steadfast and unmoveable” in who I am in Christ which causes me to successfully live a life of
abstinence and continually choose purity over temporary pleasure.
